Job summary
The Compensation & Benefits Specialist is responsible for personnel and payroll administration in line with applicable procedures, Belgium social legislation, and within the overall HR framework of the company.The role includes preparing reports, administrating employment contracts and addenda, managing the monthly payroll process (including thirteenth month and holiday pay), administrating the FIP tool being backup for own fleet management.
- Responsible for full payroll process from A to Z: collection validation of payroll input monthly payroll calculations checks follow-up social security taxes benefits coordination with payroll provider handling payroll-related questions from employees
- Daily management of FIP tool supporting colleagues answering questions weekly check communication
