One of our partners active in the real estate sector in Brussels is urgently looking for a HR Assistant.
As a fast-growing real estate group, our partner is actively looking for an HR Assistant to complete the HR team.
As a huge support for all operational HR tasks, you will be the main point of contact person for all employees.
You act as a true support to the HR Manager and take care of both soft and hard HR aspects.
You handle all HR administrative tasks and back-up the desk clerk during her leaves to welcome clients and visitors.Function:
- Be the righthand man of the HR Manager, taking all operational tasks related to Human Resources
- In charge of the
Social Incentive Plan:
you follow the different steps in the life of the employee's life cycle and plan the different incentives for each event
- Organise and implement the numerous events and teambuildings for the team
- In contact with the social secretariat, you manage the various administrative files of the personnel
- Ensure the backup of the person in charge of the reception during her absences and ensure a good experience for clients and visitors
- Support and participate in the different recruitment processes in contact with the different external partners
Profile:
- A bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, or similar field
- 2 or 3 years of experience in personnel administration, or general HR (first experience in the real estate sector is an asset), and a first experience in event planning.
- As the main point of contact for HR matter, you have strong communication skills in French, Dutch and English
- Structured, meticulous, and organised, you are stress resistant and able to manage deadlines while working in complete confidentiality
- IT Minded: with a good command of the Office Suite and particularly Excel, you know how to adapt to the different IT tools quickly
- Multitasking, dynamic and jovial, you enjoy helping others.
