Howden Maintenance Partners is a growing company specialising in the maintenance, repair and overhaul of rotating industrial machinery, both electrical and mechanical.

These include electric motors, pumps, gearboxes, generators, steam turbines, turbochargers, piston compressors and expanders. We operate at the customer's premises or in one of our sites.

We are now looking for an electrical & mechanical field technician who will be responsible for the execution of maintenance, inspection and repair works of a project on site.

Tasks include:

Overhauls & repairs
Disassembling of machines for maintenance or repair (in the workshop): pumps, fans, blowers, gearboxes, e.g. All rotating mechanical equipment
Dismantling machines & prepare them for transport
Assist in the revision or repair in the workshop
Installation & aligning of the machine on site after the revision or repair have been finalised
Informing the client about the progress

Profil:

A degree of higher secondary education in a technical direction (or equivalent through experience): mechanics, electromechanics, e.g
Knowledge of rotating equipment/machines: steam turbines, pumps, gearboxes, compressors,...
Experience in after market maintenance & revisions in an industrial environment
Service & customeroriented attitide
Willingness to travel, flexibility in projects
Reliable, strong teamplayer
Willingness to work in the weekends, no 95 mentality
Drivers license B
Relocation to Belgium is no problem
Full technical proficiency in English (verbally & in writing)
