Your role & responsibilities

  • Update software package correctly with this info
  • Book units on the various quays
  • Use the most economical shipping route, in consultation with planning and customer service
  • Ensuring a good flow of the empty repositioning of containers so that each port is always provided with the requested types of empty equipment.
  • Administrative processing
  • Keep an overview of the fleet via tracking & tracing

Working hours

Week 1:
ma t/m vrij 6u00-14u06

Week 2:
ma t/m vrij 10u30 - 18u36
On call duty after induction period ( 1 x every 6 weeks)

Your profile

You have the following qualities:

  • Higher secondary education or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of MS office
  • Knowledge of IMDG legislation, customs documents
  • Dutch and English: well written and spoken, French: basic
  • Team player, communicative
  • Planning and organizing, setting priorities
  • Communicative
  • Experience in the transport sector or geographical knowledge of Europe is a plus
