IS Tester for our prestigious partner DIGIT TM (DG Informatics)
in Brussels. DIGIT-TM is a contract from the European Commission for IT services across Europe.

Main Responsibilities

As IS Tester you will be responsible for:

Definition of test plans and test cases.
Construction of test scenarios and scripts.
Execution of tests.
Test coordination.
Reporting of test results.

Resolving incidents and problems escalated to the development team as 3rd level of support.

LEVEL OF EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree of 3 years
IT or relevant technical degree

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Following knowledge are required for the performance of the above listed tasks:_
Handson experience in the manual Testing.
Knowledge of a Test Management Tool.
Knowledge of a Defect Tracking tool.
Experience in the test data preparation, preferably with SQL databases.
Following skills are required for the performance of the above listed tasks:_
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Good redaction skills, experience in preparation of written reports.
Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid selfstarting capability and experience in working in team.
Ability to participate in multilingual meetings
Ability to work in multicultural environment, on multiple large projects.
Excellent Team Player
Ability to understand, speak and write English at level B
Ability to understand, speak and write French at level B1 is an advantage

SPECIFIC EXPERTISE EXPECTED

1 to 2 years of experience in manual testing
