Task and responsibilities

• Defining the appropriate IT solution for each required business functionality within the domain P&C BE Legacy.
• Participating in several projects and meetings, helping to define business requirements without adding additional complexity to the IT landscape
• Challenging and managing business expectations and assessing solutions taking into account the costquality and feasibility ( compliance with infrastructure services, development and architecture standards)
• Delivering the functional analysis as input for development team ( MainFrame)
• Supporting the development team with the implementation and realizing the E2E testing in integration & duplex environment
• Participating to the daily standup and other agile ceremonials
• Supporting the business during the user acceptance test phase, be the key point of contact between Business and the dev team
• Preparing the release notes and the release change, supporting the deployment release weekend

Your profile

• In the possession Bachelor's degree (Master degree preferred).
• Experience in a similar position where you have had a strong focus on continuous alignment with the business.
• Experienced with knowledge in IMS, DB2, Cobol, JCL, UC
• Nonlife insurance retail products and/or SMC products
• Excellent analytical skills, problem solving ability, conflict resolution and leadership skills.
• French or Dutch speaking is a must & English for working with outsourced team
• Seeking for a challenging opportunity to enhance functional skills and grooming myself to the role of the thought leadership and finally keep learning for life.
• Good analytical skills with a background in IT
• Experienced in waterfall and Agile scrum methodologies is a plus.
