Position Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Marketing team as a Senior Marketing Specialist.

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to create a content strategy for ACE program that includes a rich content/editorial calendar that engages targeted existing/prospects customers and managing the content creation and execution process across Europe.

This is temporary position for 2 years.

What you will be doing:


  • Developing content strategies for ACE program to reach the desired target audience effectively.
  • Creating and managing the editorial calendar as well as managing all of the resources necessary to execute it and measure its success.
  • Overseeing the creation of all content within the lifecycle marketing programme and ensuring that it is consistent, optimised, aligned with the corporate strategy and of the high quality
  • Development, coordination, distribution and execution of the content via the defined communications channels (for both online and offline).
  • Work with crossfunctional teams to gather information, draft materials and seek timely approvals to ensure the timely delivery of assignments.
  • Manage agency resources in a strategic manner when required
  • Create communications guidelines and FAQs to support customerfacing teams.
  • Ensure timely execution and localisation of central content by working closely with marketing teams in the countries

What do you bring with you:

  • Bachelor's degree in literature, journalism, marketing, communications, or similar
  • A minimum of five years of experience in content creation, marketing, communications, or similar in an international organisation or a content agency
  • Written and verbal fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Good writing and storytelling skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience in project management
  • Good presentation skills
  • Positive thinker
  • Excellent planning & organizational skills with the ability to easily adapt to challenging work requirements in a responsible, accountable, and positive manner.
  • Ability to build crossfunctional relationships across the European business and with relevant global stakeholders.
