About us


Cohabs is an international coliving operator and investor based in Brussels, Belgium with offices in Paris, New York, Madrid, and Luxembourg.

The company specializes in designing the best coliving experience, providing modern furnished homes with private bedrooms and shared living spaces.


Cohabs opened their first house in Brussels with 15 members in 2016 and today their network consists of more than 60 houses around the world with a community of 1000+ members.

Cohabs is expanding fast while maintaining a vibrant startup atmosphere.


About our department
You will be working with our Product Department, at our Headquarters in Brussels.

Product Department is divided into 3 main teams:

  • Product R&D
  • Product Management
  • Sourcing, Supply Chain and Procurement Support

Your Missions

  • You will structure the Sourcing, Supply Chain and Procurement Support to achieve ambitious goals : processes, budget and reporting tools, HR organisation, onboardings worldwide
  • Analyzing the budget per city will be part of your job ; reporting those information making sure everything stays under control as well. This involved some Excel skills
  • You are in charge of global partnerships and our supplier strategy ; finding a great balance between short distribution circuits for sustainability and costefficiency /scalability
  • You will negotiate the best prices, delivery fees, guarantees and storage conditions with our main suppliers and teach local procurement managers how to do a similar exercice
  • You will support the procurement managers worldwide on several missions (planning, orders strategy, decoration & furniture sourcing, negotiation)
  • You will make sure we can scale with items participating to our Cohabs branding
  • You will support our Cities Managers worldwide
  • Be ready for Madrid, New York, Paris

Permanent contract


Salary:
€3, €4,600.00 per month
