What will you be doing?

As the Insurance Transformation Lead, you'll spearhead the development and implementation of game-changing strategies for our clients in the insurance industry. Drawing on your deep expertise and industry knowledge, you'll provide invaluable guidance, lead project teams, and cultivate strong client relationships. Your role will be instrumental in driving growth and success for our insurance transformation service offering.

Lead the development and implementation of transformational strategies for insurance clients.
Provide expert advice and guidance on insurance products and industry trends.
Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Cultivate strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Drive growth and position BDO as a trusted advisor in the insurance sector.

What do you bring to the table?

This role is perfect for you if you're a seasoned professional with a passion for insurance and a track record of success in management consulting. Bring your expertise, leadership skills, and commercial acumen to the table and make a real impact in our dynamic team environment.

Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in management consulting in the insurance industry.
Deep understanding of insurance products, ecosystem, and industry best practices.
Proven experience in leading and managing project teams.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Native proficiency in French or Dutch and very good knowledge of English.
