For our Logistics Center in Grimbergen we are looking for a Storeroom Operations Manager.

As a Storeroom Operations Manager, you will manage all aspects of a three-shift storeroom operation including responsibility for Safety, Quality, Velocity and Cost performance, to provide World Class service to assigned dealers and direct-end users.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage key performance indicators and drive improvement projects towards the achievement of the PQVCstandards.
Responsible for training and coaching a team of 810 Operations Supervisors and storeroom associates.
Responsible for input to the facility business plans including preparation of manpower and budgets.
Play an important role in capital projects related to the future processes within Grimbergen Operations.
Responsible for safety/environmental compliance.
Improve customer/dealer satisfaction.
Work closely together with other divisions such as EAME Order Management, Supply Chain, Transportation, Solutions & Engineering, etc and with external contacts (dealers, forwarders, other Caterpillar divisions, contract packager etc.)
