Responsible for the IT Managed Services & project delivery division within a trusted customer base for Belgium mid-market employees),

  • Responsible for Change management, quality assurance, performance and continuity of IT services,
  • Preparing, participating and in charge of the IT Change Advisory Board (CAB) of both internal and main customer
  • Participate in Implementing & managing IT Governance,
  • Manage a team of 10 system Engineers
  • Customer management : spotting opportunities at customer and insure company address them

Other tasks you will be involved in

  • Providing leadership to team leads, SLM(s) & project manager(s) and system engineers
  • Participate in people performance management and helping define development plans
  • Participate in hiring process, in charge of new hire technical assessment.
  • 5 to 10 years work experience as a system engineer
  • Indepth technical knowledge on IT infrastructure & Operations: hosting (cloud / onprem), networking, security and modern workplace,
  • Knowledgeable on ITSM / ITIL operational phase: Incident management, problem management, change management, capacity management, availability management, service fulfilment, service catalogue, release management
  • Knowledgeable on managing an ICT Service Desk
  • Experienced with vendor and supplier management
  • Experience in working with offshore technical team
