Mölnlycke is now looking for a
Product Care Working in a transformational environment is an opportunity to think on your feet.

Act as Manufacturing Lead / Design Lead / Change Lead in product development/ change projects and lead line activities to continuous update and improve current products/processes
Participate in rationalization activities
Within the product area of responsibility create and approve Manufacturing Transport Unit, Components and related documents in order to assure compliance with regulatory requirements for medical device products
Lead and/or assist in test runs initiated by R&D
Provide information for the post market surveillance of launched products and implement improvements when needed
Provide project and product related information for Minerva ie Surgical Product news to keep local markets informed
Leadand/or Participate in Product Risk assessments for design changes/ Participate in Process risk assessments.
Perform Design Complaint Investigation as Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Act on Design complaints and Post Market performance data and report on a monthly basis
Lead of Participate in CAPA investigation
Approve few key decisions in accordance to appointed role in Mölnlycke PLM and according to Design Control Process and lead projects

_Competencies and Experience_
Academic background or 3-5 years' experience in science, chemical engineering/ science, food science, têxtile technology or equivalent

You have a level of English fluent

You know to solve a problem but also in an emergency situation

You have a good communication to exchange with local and global stakeholders

You have also managed different projects

You are rigourous, patient, good listener and you have the capabilities to lead few projects
