Job summary
Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels is a subsidiary of Safran Aircraft Engines based at Brussels Airport specialized in inspection maintenance and repair MRO of advanced LEAP jet engines that power latest generation of Airbus A320NEO Boeing B737MAX narrow body families.
Responsibilities
- Provide HSE training for new hires raise awareness of management on work floor Conduct regular site visits HSE audits Participate in QRQC meetings analyze manage HSE incidents implement reports action plans Act liaison between colleagues HSE structure Support 5S initiatives promote positive HSE behaviors Take active role CPPT meeting when required First Aid Ergonomics monthly field HSE Audits Manage first aid interventions equipment lead first aid teams while managing incidents monitoring Contribute ergonomic training conduct analyses new projects Act contact point IGPICP processes manage audit reports update actions plans Raise awareness health risks conduct fire risk awareness sessions Supervise monitor progress construction sites accordance with instructions both internal staff contractors
