    Fluxys is an international energy infrastructure group with 1, employees active in gas transmission & storage and liquefied natural gas terminalling.

    For our Infrastructure Projects division at our headquarters in Brussels (near the train station and subway, ) we're looking for a Site-Coordinator (m/f/x).

    The Infrastructure Projects Department manages all infrastructure projects involving Fluxys' grid in Belgium. It comprises 3 project teams: Pipelines, Installations and LNG. As part of your role, you will work on installation projects.

    Your
    respon­sibilities

  • Under the supervision of the project manager (station modifications), you will oversee and coordinate work (civil engineering, piping, electricity, etc.) carried out in the field
  • You will check the quality of the work carried out (plans, specifications, working methods)
  • You will identify any problems that arise during testing and will work with those on site to resolve such problems
  • You will ensure safety on site and adhere to safety guidelines on a daily basis (checking instructions, SCC-related aspects, work preparations)
  • You will manage the schedule while work is under way (deadlines, coordination of internal and external stakeholders)
  • You will keep an eye on the budget (checking the work carried out, overseeing work performed on a cost-plus basis and according to the contracts in force)
  • You will deal with administrative tasks during the work (handling orders, receipt of materials, welding registers, as-built drawings)

  • A bachelor's degree in electromechanics or construction
  • Experience with civil engineering and/or piping projects
  • A Safety for Operational Supervisors SCC diploma and a qualification as an occupational first aider
  • Proficiency with computers (software, the cloud, apps)
  • A sense of initiative and good organisational skills
  • A critical mind and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, allowing you to interact with a range of people
  • A heightened sense of accuracy and quality

    • Additionally, this role requires:
