The Job Description

To strengthen its team, the company is looking for an enthusiastic and meticulous Technical Operator to help realize its ambitions.

What you will be doing?

• Eyewear manufacturing with a unique technologies.
• Handling thin flexible samples and fine technics.
• Following production process and procedures in details.
• Operating machines and flag on the event of deviations/issues.
• Optical Quality control based on characterizations tools.
• Identifying errors and providing inputs for improvements.
• Solving operational issues on the spot avoiding production stops.
• Identifying product errors during process steps.
• Assisting the engineering staff with developing new processes and machines.
• Basic maintenance.

Requirements:


Your Qualifications
Experience

• You have relevant experience as lab technician or you are technically oriented.
• You have preferably experience working in a lab environment and have worked with chemicals or had courses and physically processed samples.
• Knowledge of Office: Word, Excel, Power Point.

Skills:

• Ambition to work in startup and/or scaleup companies: resilience, entrepreneurship, tenacity and handson mindset.
