- Ensure compliance with established Husqvarna Group policies and procedures
- Provide guidance to staff when unique circumstances arise. Handle issues directly with internal customers when required.

- Responsible for managing new specifications linked to new/existing products
- Support the establishment of manufacturing parameters linked to new / existing raw materials
- Evaluate risk of new product design and manufacturing process
- Ensure that current specifications are meeting market demands on performance
- Coordinate and drive cost savings initiatives linked to Other Material Variances(OMV)
- Assist in selection of new raw materials and vendors
- Approve qualification of new raw materials and identify risk at factory levels
- Support R&D Senior Lead Engineers and PM's in successful development of new product
- Provide guidance to manufacturing regarding optimization of output and quality consistency
- Translate the requests of Project Leaders into testing programs of various metallurgical and resin/ epoxy recipes
- Evaluate the technical production ability of proposed recipes and launch additional tests including modifications that might improve final results.
- Build and maintain the data base of the metallurgical recipes evaluated.
- Initiate new products & new technologies testing whenever available. And proposes research axes.
