Missions et responsabilités Job description**:

Are you ready to take on a rewarding challenge in the world of building construction? We are looking for a VIE to join our dynamic team at Omniseal solutions as a Digitalization project leader.

In this role, you will support the development of a global digital process to manage all requests coming from customers.

The process will rely on the
"Salesforce" software and will have to be introduced on the 12 main different sites of the business in Europe, NA and Asia.

The mission of the VIE will be to assist the project manager, by working with the different sites to prepare the local team for the new tool integration.

Main responsibilities:

Creating all future documents processes to develop training tools for all future users,
Coaching the different sites all over the world on preparing existing data and process for digitalization,
Preparing existing pricing tools and documents for a full integration in the system,
Being present with local sites during all introduction process to handle and manage possible gaps,
Developing new and future metrics and indicators coming from new system and standardize it at business level.

This is a 12-month mission, with the possibility of extension once.
The mission will start in Belgium, with possible travels and a potential transfer to another site later.

Profil recherché Requirements**:

Master's Degree in Business School with ideally, an additional Mechanical Engineering or Polymer Science degree,
Able to work independently while effectively collaborating with intercultural teams,
Good analytical skills, understanding of costing methods and market dynamics,
Knowledge of the Saleforce tool is a plus,
Excellent communication and leadership skills,
Ability to engage and connect with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers from different horizons,
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
