de l'emploiEtes-vous le technicien laboratoire que nous recherchons pour notre client à Petit Rechain?
En tant que technicien laboratoire au département r&d vous avez en charge les tâches suivantes:
- Réaliser & analyser les échantillons de sauce dans le cadre du développement de nouveaux produits (pour salons, foires et envoie aux clients), des tests de nouvelles matières premières et de la modification de recettes existantes
- Tests de nouvelles matières premières & adaptation de recettes existantes
- Préparer les recettes attendues
- Suivre les besoins en fonction d'un planning transmis
- Conditionner les produits en fonction de la demande
- Préparer les colis destinés à la livraison (clients, ...)
- Participer à la rédaction et au suivi des divers dossiers de développement
- Contrôler l'homogénéité de la sauce
- Vérifier le pH des échantillons réalisés
- Contrôler l'aspect visuel de la sauce mais aussi son goût et son odeur
- Préparer les échantillons de sauce demandés (clients, mais aussi pour les salons et les foires...)
- Participer à la rédaction et au suivi des divers dossiers de développement
- Compléter le tableau Echantillons
- Distribuer et collecter les feuilles de nettoyage (renfort)
- Faire la calibration des pH-mètres de la production
Profil
En tant que technicien laboratoire au département R&D vous avez le profil suivant:- Bachelier au Master en innovation et produits alimentaires
- Expérience d'au moins 1 an au sein d'une société alimentaire (obligatoire)
- Une affinité avec la chimie (test PH)
- Vous aimez cuisiner (car vous manipuler constamment des produits alimentaires et de suivre des recettes)
- Organisé & autonome et en équipe
- Aimer travailler avec des objectifs
- Maitriser la suite Office (Word, Excel, ...)
- Vous êtes disponible rapidement
Offre
Un contrat CDI dans une entrerpise de l'agro-alimentaire à Petit-Rechain.Un défi enrichissant en apprentissage puis en autonomie.
Un horaire à temps plein du lundi au vendredi. (40h/semaine ou 32h/semaine au choix)
