- Analysis of the Target's financial statements in the context of due diligence, valuation or Info Memo preparation
- Preparation of Q&A for Target's management
- Research of potential acquisition targets in the context of a vendor's mandate
- Research of industry related information to support the preparation of Information Memorandum
- Draft reporting of due diligence report, valuation report and/or Information Memorandum
- University background in finance or business economics
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch and/or French
- Advanced working knowledge of English
- Strong understanding of Excel and how it can be applied to corporate finance
- Good knowledge PowerPoint is essential for drawing up reports.
- Prior traineeship experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, private equity, audit or similar environment is a strong asset
