YOUR ROLE:

As our CRM intern you will be part of the BeNeLux E-commerce & digital marketing team, and you will be the key person to run our CRM program in Belgium.

You will be building tailor made brand campaigns to engage our customers, grow our brand awareness and aim for the very best conversion rates

Manage the database, including database clean up, analysis and segmentation.
Work closely with the marketing team and maintain strong contacts with external partners.
Support with producing the creative copy for the campaigns.
Coordinate briefings with external translation agency to execute the campaigns in multiple languages (NL/FR)
Analyze and evaluate the campaigns and create benchmarks and best practices for future campaigns.
Support on other ecommerce & digital marketing related tasks, like managing the social media channels.

YOUR SKILLS:

Academic degree in business studies (HBO/WO) with a strong interest in the field of FMCG.
Teamplayer who thinks in terms of solutions.
Analytical skills and a sense for facts and figures.
Affinity with ecommerce & digital marketing.
Excellent knowledge of English, Dutch and French is a plus. Available for 6 months from midJanuary 2024
