We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic QA Officer to strengthen our QA team. As a QA Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our analyses, products, and studies. You will work closely with various departments within the company to ensure that our analyses and studies meet the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements.

  • You are responsible for drafting and maintaining quality documents, such as SOPs and work instructions.
  • You identify and analyze quality deviations and initiate and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
  • You conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • You raise awareness of quality among other staff members and provide them with quality training.
  • You support the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
  • You monitor trends and make recommendations to improve quality and process efficiency.
  • You report to the QA manager.

PROFILE

  • You have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as (bio)chemistry, pharmacy, or a related discipline.
  • You have analytical thinking skills and attention to detail.
  • You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team.
  • You are able to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and have a good command of English.
  • You are administratively adept and have a handson mentality.
  • Some experience in a qualityrelated role and knowledge of relevant quality standards (ISO17025, GLP, GCP, GDP, FCA, etc.) is a plus, but willingness to learn is an even bigger plus.
