Beschrijving

The Service Coordinator is based in our office in Brussels (Evere) and is responsible for coordinating the after-sales service activities within Endress+Hauser.

He/She works together with a team of Field Service Engineers and ensures that our customers are provided with a correct and adapted service.

The Service Coordinator has a general technical knowledge of our instruments in order to provide technical advice and support to the customers.

• You act as aftersales contact person in the Services department, within our office, for customers from a specific region.
• You work closely with the sales department from this region.
• You make all necessary decisions to ensure that our tools serve the customer and fulfill what they were purchased for.
• You are the first point of contact for customers and ensure the technical Helpdesk (Telephone service) to provide technical support to customers.
• You do the necessary work preparation and keep an overview of all planned activities.
• You manage the planning of the Field Service Engineers.
• You solve problems and process complaints in order to ensure a good followup.
• You handle and follow up the service reports and files.
• You provide advice and make quotations for services, services, parts and spare parts.

• You have a bachelor's degree in electronics, electricity or electromechanics, or equivalent experience. A specialization in measurement and control techniques or automation is a plus.
• You speak Dutch and French and you have notions of English.
• You get along well with MS Office, especially Excel.
• You are in possession of driving license B
