The team, position & mission:


Orange Business is looking for an Offer Strategy Lead to promote our Low-Code Application Platform and CRM solutions on the Belgium market and beyond.


In your role you will be helping to increase user productivity and experience by identifying, describing, promoting, piloting and preparing for market of replicable client solutions.


Your mission consists in identifying, describing & promoting solutions in the field of Low-Code Application Platform and Microsoft CRM technology.

Next to the pre-sales activities, you perform strategic consulting missions and Proof of Concepts, to support the selling of offers.


Orange Business achieved remarkable success in 2023 by effectively positioning MS CRM & Power Platform solutions, securing a 100% success rate for all our proposals involving these technologies.

In light of our recent won and ambitions, we are expanding our pre-sales capabilities to better serve our customers in Belgium and throughout Europe.


Your key areas of responsibility as Offer Strategy Lead:

  • Defining the offer strategy of the assigned offers, in line with the Tribe's global offer strategy
  • Proposing and selecting proactively Go2market offerings and turning the generic offers into (business) use cases (in alignment with sales)
  • Drafting proactively Go2market actions to support Sales: presales actions and success
  • Working with Marketing to support the organization of events and the delivery of promotional materials.
  • Coordinating all content related to presales activities, final accountability for the solutions proposed in RFP's related to the assigned offer(s)
  • Identifying the right profiles to staff the missions, client management in strategic consulting missions and alignment with Chapter leads concerning staffing of squads
  • Cooperating with the teams who are in charge of delivering Low-Code Applications with MS CRM & Power Platform
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in Digital Transformation
  • Good knowledge of the Digital ecosystem from Microsoft (Dynamics, SharePoint, Power Platform etc.)
  • Demonstrated knowledge in presales activities (offer writing, presentation skills, solution design, pricing, high level project planning)
  • Experience with Business Process Modelling
  • Experience with Low Code Platform, MS CRM & Power Platform and Knowledge of UX best practices
  • Activity in the Microsoft community, gives public talks, writes public blogs, active on social media
  • A track record in customer facing roles especially in presales and persuasive skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand the business requirements and develop new/existing algorithms to satisfy those requirements
  • French or Dutch at native level and fluency in English
