We are currently looking for a talented and enthusiastic trainee to join our team in Brussels for a 6-month traineeship based on a C.I.P.

contract (convention d'immersion professionnelle) starting April 2024.

Position
You will assist the People Team on daily admin tasks.

Support People Admin on onboarding and offboarding process
Collaborate with the People Partners on specific HR projects.
Manage the HR inbox and provide general support with People queries

Requirements:

A bachelor/Master degree HR, psychology in or a related field;
A passion for, and knowledge of, HR policy processes and policies, knowledge of French and/or brussels labour laws and practices is a plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and native in French
The desire to develop in depth understanding of international landscape
Excellent command of Microsoft Office;
Attention to detail and analytical thinking;
A proactive and flexible attitude;
A C.I.P. contract (convention d'immersion professionnelle);
The ability to prioritize, organise, and work autonomously under pressure.
