We are currently looking for a talented and enthusiastic trainee to join our team in Brussels for a 6-month traineeship based on a C.I.P.

contract (convention d'immersion professionnelle) starting April 2024.


Position
You will assist the People Team on daily admin tasks.

  • Support People Admin on onboarding and offboarding process
  • Collaborate with the People Partners on specific HR projects.
  • Manage the HR inbox and provide general support with People queries

Requirements:


  • A bachelor/Master degree HR, psychology in or a related field;
  • A passion for, and knowledge of, HR policy processes and policies, knowledge of French and/or brussels labour laws and practices is a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and native in French
  • The desire to develop in depth understanding of international landscape
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office;
  • Attention to detail and analytical thinking;
  • A proactive and flexible attitude;
  • A C.I.P. contract (convention d'immersion professionnelle);
  • The ability to prioritize, organise, and work autonomously under pressure.
