To cope with the development of our business, we are currently looking in Belgium for
:Project Support (Senior)

Purpose of the Mission
Project Management comprises an array of activities that lead to the successful completion of a project.

It includes but is not limited to:

Initialisation and planning of project phases
Development of the project cost structure & cost controlling
Scheduling control
Tracking and reporting on project deliverables
Application of project management processes and tools

The role of Project Support is to support the Project Management Team in creating a balance in the time and scope of executing projects under the direct supervision of the Project Manager.

As Project Support, he/she is responsible for supervising projects in progress and ensures that all issues related to the projects are clarified and completed to avoid confusion and interruption during execution of projects.

Requirements:

Junior member of a project team so in support of operations and/or project managers:

Writes meeting minutes
Helps create specific strategies for easier and effective execution of projects
Maintains contacts with potential stakeholders who may be interested in investing in projects
Keeps records of all information related to project for documentation, clarification and presentation to management
Produces updates on project planning
Provides schedules & cost models
Makes followup of reporting indicators
Logs and collates time sheets

The knowledge of the production/qualification/validation processes, the coordination with the departments involved within and outside the MPU/site and process change management with autonomy/pragmatism/critical and synthetic thinking are the skills expected for this position.

Experience, Knowledge & Soft Skill Requirements

Experience:

Experience 03 years
First experience in project administration
Preferable experience in the Pharmaceutical industry

Soft Skills:

General administration
Handson communication
Data analyses & processing
Organisational skills
Effective time management, ability to clearly identify priorities and manage multiple tasks.
Interpersonal and influencing skills, communication skills

Education, Methodology & Certification Requirements

University degree

ICT Skills (software, operating systems, hardware, etc.)

Microsoft Office

Language Proficiency Requirements

English & French (an asset)
