What you'll be doing
The three strategic and most important responsibilities revolve around:

Clients

• Building a client portfolio by leveraging existing relations with The Adecco Group and prospecting new clients to have a healthy volume of permanent recruitment positions.
• Negotiating new offers, meeting new clients, and maintaining relationships to become a trusted longterm partner.

You

• Continuous learning and onthejob trainings by working together with the Head of Permanent Recruitment.
• Invest in your network and stay up to date with industry trends to nurture your professional career.

About you

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, specifically in the permanent placement space
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills: fluent in English, Dutch & French
• Ability to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Organizational and time management skills

By the way, this is a hybrid role :)


Salary:
€3,400.00 per month


Schedule:

• Day shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
