Company Webcast BV, HQ based in the Netherlands, provides high-end webcast and webinar solutions to more than 260 corporates and local governments, through a state-of-the-art platform.

Key accountabilities

  • Adminsitration of Hubspot (setup of Hubspot reports, dahsboards, analyses of the sales activity, creation of new contacts, creation new sales sequences, creation of forms, update the price list
  • Administration of other tools (Pandadoc, Rentman, Sales Navigator)
  • Support the Marketing (produce competitive Analysis, create new sales content, create new campaign or new sequences to improve the lead generation strategy, translation of existing content)
  • Handle Onboarding process (creation of documents for new joiners, onboarding programme for the new sales members, and train the team on Hubspot, Pandadoc and the value proposition)
  • Generate reportings and relevant KPIs for the management team.
Profile, Knowledge and experience

  • Nationality of an EU country years old
  • No tax residence or previous work experience in the country of assignment
  • Knowledge and experience of sales and account management in a corporate environment, excellent communication skills and experience as a contact at management level are the main attributes we are looking for.
