Key accountabilities

Adminsitration of Hubspot (setup of Hubspot reports, dahsboards, analyses of the sales activity, creation of new contacts, creation new sales sequences, creation of forms, update the price list
Administration of other tools (Pandadoc, Rentman, Sales Navigator)
Support the Marketing (produce competitive Analysis, create new sales content, create new campaign or new sequences to improve the lead generation strategy, translation of existing content)
Handle Onboarding process (creation of documents for new joiners, onboarding programme for the new sales members, and train the team on Hubspot, Pandadoc and the value proposition)
Generate reportings and relevant KPIs for the management team.

Profile, Knowledge and experience

Eligibility criteria for the V.I.E programme set by Business Franc

e:

Nationality of an EU country years old
No tax residence or previous work experience in the country of assignment
Knowledge and experience of sales and account management in a corporate environment, excellent communication skills and experience as a contact at management level are the main attributes we are looking for.

Fluent in English
Command of the MS suite
