Function:

For our site in Ghent, we are looking for a Junior Transportplanner.

Your tasks:_
Administrative followup of the transport orders and customer files.
Handling errors and complaints in an open and customerfriendly way.
Implementing proactive efficiency improvements.
Drawing up and following up the planning of the drivers.
Providing technical support to the drivers. In this way, you ensure that the planning of the drivers is optimal and efficient.
In order to master all of this, you will receive thorough onthejob training.

Competencies in the job..._
You have a passion for transportation of goods, especially road transport.
You have a bachelor's degree level in thinking and work.
You preferably have a first job experience in a similar function or you have just graduated in logistics management.
Administrative work does not scare you.
You communicate fluently in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
You have PC skills, learn an ERP system quickly and are fluent in the use of Microsoft Office programs.
Knowledge of the national road network is a plus
