We are looking for our new WMS SuperUser in Tessenderlo
-
Your Role :You will be our main operational Super User for our Warehouse Management System (WMS). You will provide a first level support for the teams in our warehouse located in Tessenderlo. In addition, you will be in charge of onboarding your colleagues to the system.

Your Responsibilities:


  • You will be managing, testing, and setting up the parameters of our system
  • You will attend Release Trainings where required
  • You are the first point of contact for our operational support
  • You ensure a consistent communication flow and cooperation with the different stakeholders (customer service team, the business development management team, the Manager Warehousing Operations and the Manager Distribution).
  • You will work closely with the local teams as well as get support from our teams in Luxemburg

Your Skills and Experiences:


  • You have at least one year of experience in a logistics environment and have acquired knowledge Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • You speak English fluently, dutch is a bonus
  • You are willing to spend the first 2/3 months of training in Luxemburg
  • You are openminded and a solution finder
  • You are able to work in a geographically dispatched team and be independent
