OF THE TASKS

Operating the various components part of the "Compass Corporate" environments
Improve the reliability and availability of the platform
Monitor and proactively address the potential issues of the platform
Provision of expert advice and assistance on the installation, configuration and tuning of tools and platforms required for the "Compass Corporate" microservicesbased infrastructure

These include:
Kafka, Prometheus, Camunda, Grafana, Elastic Search, Zookeeper, Rundeck, Ansible, Redis

Provision of expert advice on the best use of container platforms such as PKS / Tanzu / TKGI
Configuration of automation and configuration management tools such as Rundeck and Ansible
Configuration of container platforms such as PKS
Linux systems administration tasks and scripting
Monitor system performance and availability, identify and resolve issues that may cause service disruptions, and proactively prevent potential incidents
Manage backups and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in the event of a system failure or other major disruption
Identify potential security vulnerabilities or compliance issues and implement measures to mitigate those risks
Respond to and resolve technologyrelated incidents and service requests, including troubleshooting issues and escalate problems as necessary
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, such as data privacy regulations, cybersecurity frameworks, and ITIL best practices
Configure the lifecycle of the microservices in a containerbased infrastructure
Define and configure monitoring dashboards
Define and configure the alerting policies for the operation team
Collaborate with team members for operations support
Document and provide training on the procedures in place
Enhance automation level

LEVEL OF EDUCATION

The minimum educational qualification corresponds to Level 7 of the European Qualification Framework which typically corresponds to a
master's degree of 5 years.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
The following skills and knowledge are required for the performance of the above-listed tasks:

Rapid self-starting capability. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with microservices and architecture in the cloud
Good understanding of relevant technologies in the development, integration, deployment, and operation of Information Systems
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to participate in multilingual meetings, ease of communication
Ability to give technical presentations
Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment
Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture tools and standards
Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment

Ability to understand, speak and write English (C1/C2), French B2 will be an advantage

SPECIFIC EXPERTISE
Following specific expertise is mandatory for the performance of tasks:

A very good understanding of microservice and Springboot type infrastructure
A very good understanding of container platforms such as PKS/Kubernetes
Expertise in some of the following: Kafka, Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Search, Zookeeper Rundeck, Ansible, Redis
Experience in some of the following:
Storage : Oracle, Redis, Elasticsearch, AWS S3, AWS RDS,
Monitoring : Dynatrace, Grafana, ELK (Kibana), Splunk, Prometheus
Application lifecycle management
Atlassian tools :(JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket)

Expertise in IT integration projects defining business and system integration requirements
Experience with microservices and eventmanagementbased architectures
Experience with middleware integration platforms
Enterprise Architecture and modeling tools and standards (e.g., Archi, BPMN, ARIS)
Experience in monitoring and coordinating a portfolio of SW reusable components and support teams. Expertise in designing, implementing and monitoring service KPIs and SLAs
