- Coach and challenge the Project Team
- Help the Project Team face any difficulties and promote its gradual self-organization
- Set up and facilitate the Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Retrospective) and other meetings
- Schedule and follow the key steps of the methodology
- You will help the development team to improve its productivity
- You will report the progress of the team to the managers and other teams
- You will ensure the team empowerment
- You will work with the PO on the Sprint Backlog
- You have at least 7 years of relevant experience as Scrum Master
- You have good organizational and communicational skills
- Knowledge of agile reporting and follow-up tools ( Jira)
- You can demonstrate leadership skills, be persuasive and work transversally within the organization
- You have experience with medium or big company projects
- You can speak French or Dutch ( at least one of the both MANDATORY) and English
- You have an University Degree
- You have an Agile/ Scrum Master certification
