With a strong commitment to excellence and a dedication to driving strategic growth, we are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Strategy Manager to join their leadership team. As the Strategy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's long-term strategic initiatives, fostering innovation, and driving sustainable business growth.

    Responsibilities:

    Strategic Planning and Development:

    • Lead the development, refinement, and execution of the company's overall strategic plan in alignment with business goals, market trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize strategic initiatives, ensuring a clear roadmap for achievement.

    Market and Competitive Analysis:

    • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities, trends, and potential risks that could impact the business.
    • Evaluate competitive landscape and industry benchmarks to guide strategic decision-making.

    Business Performance and KPIs:

    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the progress and success of strategic initiatives.
    • Regularly monitor and report on KPIs, making data-driven recommendations for adjustments as necessary.

    Innovation and New Business Ventures:

    • Foster a culture of innovation within the organization, encouraging creative thinking and the exploration of new business models.
    • Identify and evaluate potential new business ventures, partnerships, or expansion opportunities to drive growth.

    Collaborative Leadership:

    • Provide visionary leadership and guidance to a team of strategists and analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
    • Work closely with senior executives and department heads to align strategies and ensure seamless execution across the organization.

    Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies, to drive strategic alignment and foster strong relationships.

    Change Management and Adaptability:

    • Lead the organization through strategic changes, guiding teams to adapt to evolving market conditions and business priorities.
    • Develop change management strategies to ensure smooth implementation of new initiatives.

    Communication and Presentation:

    • Develop and deliver clear and compelling presentations to communicate strategic plans, progress, and outcomes to executive leadership and the broader organization.

    Team Management:

    • the Director, you will take charge of guiding a team comprised of 4 strategy managers. Your role involves attracting and nurturing the essential skills to effectively fulfill our mission. You enhance your team's performance by providing hands-on coaching and mentoring, fostering skill growth, promoting diversification, implementing training programs, and other related initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • Masters degree in Business Engineering, Administration, Economics, or related field;
    • Proven experience 10 in strategy corporate development, or related roles, ideally in the TMT space
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.
    • Fluent in English and Dutch
