Beschrijving

• Manage contacts with interim offices
• Place orders for HR
• Check invoices
• Be in charge of the schedule/planning of the staff, together with the cargo office and warehouse supervisor
• Supply Management with reports on a regular basis
• Be in charge of the payroll
• Ensure the administrative onboarding of new employees, preparation of employment contracts, policies, creation of access, etc.
• Be the contact point for employees in case of questions
• Update de company status on social media
• Check around the warehouse and cargo office

• Has a prior experience in HR, payroll
• Can quickly react and take actions
• Has a good knowledge of English
• Can be flexible, when required
• Has a driving license
• Can work autonomously
• Has good communication skills
