What You Can Expect:


As part of the HR team, you will:

  • Provide HR support to functional units in close cooperation with the HR Director and HRBP
  • Deliver HR services and support to internal and external clients
  • Ensure strong interaction with business partners, Compensation & Benefits and HRIS (LTI/merit/bonus/promotions/adjustments), Learning & Development (Training and Workshops) and Corporate HR
  • Support the team in assigned HR projects

How You Create Impact:


  • Assist and support the HR team in all administrative, Recruiting and Project work
  • Act as the main point of information for administrative queries from employees
  • Manage personnel files and keeping them up to date (SAP), general diary management, managing holidays and absences
  • Help to deal with new members of staff or those who are leaving
  • Enter/maintain all necessary data to Zimmer Biomet's HR systems
  • Prepare reports, presentations, business communications, data summaries, and other documents of both a recurring and nonrecurring nature
  • Perform moderately complex analyses of data to draw inferences or conclusions
  • Develop and institute HR best practices of the department's policy, procedures, and processes
  • Help ensure that HR budgeting is met
  • Assist HRBP in identifying talents, ensuring succession planning and foreseeing organizational development (OD) needs
  • In a regular turn host the Introduction day for new teammembers

What Will Make You Stand Out:
You have an educational background in Human Resources and/or in a commercial area combined with relevant professional experience.

You are fluent in French and/or in Dutch and you have a good command of English.


What Will Make You Successful:


  • 35 years of professional experience in the Human Resources department in a similar role, ideally in an international company
  • Solid and broad HR knowledge (Hiring for different business functions, levels and profiles, HR best practices/tools/processes, HR Dev., Belgian labor law, C&B etc. is an asset)
  • Sound user knowledge of SAP HR/HCM
  • Able to work in a crosscultural environment
  • Very good communicator with strong social competencies
  • Team player with a positive customeroriented attitude
  • High level of energy, personal accountability and integrity
