DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS:

Following tasks will be performed by external service provider:

Analysis of the integration of different information systems.
Data analysis and data modelling.
Coordination of the implementation of the technical architecture.
Technical interface between the project leaders and the developers.
Production of software architecture documents.
Participation in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users.
Assistance during relevant parts of testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment,

evaluation and reporting.

Creating designs and blueprints of Cloud Architecture.
Review of the architecture of existing systems to migrate of existing system in the cloud.
Design and development of architecture components and building blocks using cloud

components.

LEVEL OF EDUCATION:

Level of education corresponding to Level 7 of the European Qualification Framework.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Following skills and knowledge are required for the performance of the above listed tasks:

Very good knowledge of ServiceNow and cloud-based Integrations
Ability to perform proof of concepts (PoC) efficiently and fast
Ability to give business and technical presentations
Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in cloudbased environments
Very good communication skills with technical and nontechnical audiences
Analysis and problemsolving skills
Capability to write clear and structured technical documents
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

SPECIFIC EXPERTISE:

Following specific expertise is mandatory for the performance of tasks:

Extensive experience as Solution Architect on ServiceNow platform;
At least 4 years of relevant experience as Solution Architect on ServiceNow
Worked at least in 3 different ServiceNow engagements, of which a minimum of 2 must

- relate to activities deployed in the HR domain (HR Workflow / Case Management /

Employee Workflow);
Excellent knowledge of Enterprise Architect frameworks (e.g. TOGAF)
Excellent knowledge of Project Management frameworks, including PM2 and/or SAFe5+

years of experience working as ServiceNow Developer or Tech lead
