The opportunity
The EY internal HR department is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.


You'll be acting as an ambassador for EY, so our reputation for excellence and innovation in a wide range of professional services will be in your hands.

It's no exaggeration to say no two days are quite the same in this role. You'll take on a wide range of responsibilities, from defining sourcing strategies to managing recruitment projects. It's all about creatively identifying and reacting to opportunities to grow and improve our recruitment strategy.


Your key responsibilities

  • Managing a diverse variety of recruitment missions, from intake until offer;
  • Continuously identifying and attracting talented people;
  • Creating and providing innovative sourcing strategies;
  • Developing and maintaining longterm relationships with talent to generate and improve recruitment pipeline;
  • Build relationships with hiring managers & other stakeholders;
  • Share ideas and best practices with other team members.

Skills and attributes for success

You'll need to be naturally curious, ready to learn and have a genuine passion for finding the right people for the right roles.


To qualify for the role you must have

  • A Bachelor or Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition;
