The Brussels People and Reward practice of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP is expanding and is looking for a junior / midlevel associate to join its team.

Our team in Brussels advises global employers on a range of Belgian and international employment, pensions, benefits and data privacy issues.

The firm boasts a leading international employment practice, known as People and Reward, with teams spread across Europe, Asia and the US.

Key requirements

You are a junior or midlevel lawyer with experience in employment law.
You are Belgian law trained and have excellent academic credentials. A postgraduate degree is a plus.
You are a Dutch (or bilingual Dutch / French) speaker with an excellent command of English and a good command of French.
You are an ambitious and motivated person with first rate technical abilities driven to do high profile work.
You are creative, curious and rigorous, have good communication skills and are able to take on a high degree of responsibility.
You are proactive and committed to providing an excellent service to clients.
You have sense of humour.
