• Verify debtor accounts and proactively manage payment follow-ups.
• Address inquiries from customers and colleagues regarding invoicing.
• Manage the accounts receivable mailbox efficiently.
• Ensure timely processing of accounting documents and prepare financial reports.
• Generate outgoing invoices and reconcile revenue accounts accurately.
• Maintain complete and accurate customer master data.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in either Dutch or French (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
