Responsabilities:


  • Supporting changes to IT systems and processes to ensure the successful adoption by endusers. Endusers include exempts, office workers and technicians in the field.
  • You conduct user adoption assessments to identify endusers' needs and preferences and develop strategies to address potential resistance to change.
  • You work closely with IT and Business project teams to ensure user adoption plans are integrated into the project plan and implementation schedule.
  • You develop and deliver a training strategy that supports endusers throughout the adoption process, including addressing questions and concerns, and facilitating feedback channels.
  • You measure and track the effectiveness of user adoption efforts and adjust the user adoption plan as needed to improve outcomes.
  • You ensure the needed support is brought to endusers throughout the adoption process, including addressing questions and concerns, and facilitating feedback channels.

Core missions/Main tasks:


  • You develop and maintain a comprehensive user adoption plan based on your experience and on the draft methodology that we're establishing.
  • You contribute to the further creation and standardization of our methodology.
  • You interact with stakeholders across the organization, including business units and IT teams, to ensure a seamless transition to new IT systems and processes.

  • You have strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions in a fastpaced environment.
  • You are customeroriented and you have a learning mentality.
  • You have full professional proficiency in English and French.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience as change manager, with a strong understanding of user adoption best practices.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • You are able to adapt your communication and change strategy to different audiences, from Clevel to technicians in the field and everything in between.
  • You show strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • You own a Change Management Methodology certificate.
  • You value the team's success more than you value your personal achievements.
  • Nice to have: software: MS Office, CrossKnowledge, overlay support tool (e.g. WalkMe)

Package deal:


  • Permanent contract, within CP 200.
  • Role of Onsite IT technician (deployed at several Everience clients initially).
  • Remuneration: gross euros/month fixed + gross/month variable (payable in the form of a bonus at the end of the year).
  • Meal voucher: 7 euros per day provided.
  • Contribution to public transport costs according to the legal % (based on the subscription given).
  • Reimbursement/payment of all other expenses necessary for exceptional travel (private car, hotel, trains, restaurants, etc.).
  • Hospital insurance.
  • Group insurance (2% paid by the employer and 2% paid by the employe).
  • Structural teleworking bonus allowing a fixed compensation.
