Job summary
Assist in the delivery of 3rd level technical support of CIS services to internal NCI Agency customers; Support remote fault diagnosis of CIS services to internal NCI Agency;
Carrries out remote routine maintenance of the static voice infrastructure, management appliances and other NATO voice equipment;
Support any changes to the system documentation of existing capabilities if influenced by project activities;
Qualifications
- The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
- Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 3 years post-related experience. Or a secondary educational qualification with 5 years post-related experience.
