Qualtrics Integration Systems
Define integration between TME system of record systems (Dynamics/SFMC), authentication systems (SSO via AD etc) and data/reporting systems (i.e Snowflake)

Identify and communicate with key stakeholders
Design and document target architecture
Collaborate between various teams to deliver architecture
Identify technological risks and countermeasures
Some hands on proofing of solutions required
Maintain documentation regarding processes and operations

Qualtrics Integration Client Systems
Define integration from Qualtrics to Client Systems (NMSC systems): - Design and document the target architecture

Liase with NMSC and other entities IT departments to explain and help them deliver successfully.
Ensure adequate monitoring solutions are in place.

Technical

Broad understanding of the technology platforms within the company (SalesForce, Azure AD,Sailpoint, Azure Integration Stack, MSD etc)
Very good understanding of Qualtrics survey platform and integration patterns.
Be able to design, explain and defend the target system architecture
Be able to guide team to implement the target architecture with appropriate quality gateways
Document processes and system modeling using our tooling (Archimate using Bizzdesign)
Be opinionated and challenge and highlight implementation decisions and risks that could jeopardise the ongoing quality of the product.
Working with multiple teams to pull the information needed to support your decisions and design and to gain concensus.

Work in a large and complex environment and align needs across multiple stakeholders

Work location

The majority of stakeholders will be located in HO (Evere, Belgium)
Hybrid working is accepted, with around 2 days per week in the Office (Brussels)
Travel may be needed to visit your stakeholders but not frequent.
