Legend Biotech is growing, and growing fast.

To further support and develop our plans, we need leading figures in our core departments:
Operations (production), Warehouse & Quality.

As a Supervisor in one of these departments, you will have the responsibility to manage and support the people within your teams.

Depending on the department for which you would like to apply, you will have department specific responsibilities and tasks.

But
the overall responsibilities of a supervisor at Legend Biotech are the following:

• Team management which includes:
• Development and training of your personnel
• Planning of working schedules

- continuous coaching and evaluations

• Support and implement the output of strategic decisions made by general management.
• Communication and strong partnership with other departments.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Write/revise/support and approve documentation in a timely manner.
• Detection of continuous improvement ideas.

Profile:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar team lead/supervisor role
• Minimum of 3 years experience in sectors such Biotech, Pharma and/or food
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA/EU guidance related to manufacturing, warehouse, etc.[LV1]
• Handson mentality and someone who can participate in critical[YW2]situations when needed.
• Experienced in people management and stakeholder management.
• Good communication skills and able to work in a fastpaced environment.
• Languages: Dutch/ENG.
