About Our Client:

Our client is an international and well known NGO located in Zaventem. They are easily reachable by public transport.

As an Office Manager you will be respobsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:

  • Organization and coordination of meeting and occassional company events (booking venues, flight arrangements, order catering, send out communication,...)
  • Management of in
- and outgoing mails

  • Phone correspondance
  • Contact with suppliers in regards to facility management
- ...


The Successful Applicant:


  • Has great knowledge of English and excellent knowledge of either French or Dutch
  • A Bachelor degree or relevant first experience in administration
  • A can do mindset and ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint
