About Our Client:
Our client is an international and well known NGO located in Zaventem. They are easily reachable by public transport.
As an Office Manager you will be respobsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:
- Organization and coordination of meeting and occassional company events (booking venues, flight arrangements, order catering, send out communication,...)
- Management of in
- Phone correspondance
- Contact with suppliers in regards to facility management
The Successful Applicant:
- Has great knowledge of English and excellent knowledge of either French or Dutch
- A Bachelor degree or relevant first experience in administration
- A can do mindset and ability to work autonomously
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint
