Job Summary:

Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based HR Generalist to join our team.

This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company's success.

Duties include but are not limited to recruitment, employee relations, training & development, business partnering and performance management.

Responsibilities:

Advise management and employees on interpretation of policies, guidelines, and procedures;
Manage employment life cycle;
Coordinate and facilitate general orientation sessions and new hire meetings;
Work with managers and employees to investigate and resolve employee relations issues;
Prepare reports and analyze data for information reporting and management decision making;
Design and conduct exit interviews;
Conduct employee and management training;

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor's degree (or master degree) and 3 years of experience in general HR is welcome

- experience in sourcing, recruitment and hiring is plus

Knowledge of European employment laws;
