- Provide training and support users in theindividual configuration of their software settings
- Create document templates for customers, from coverletters to exposés
- Organize customer ordersfor 2nd level support through our software development andadministration teams
- Knowledge of ITapplications such as web, e-mail and office configuration are goodprerequisites for our support - also for IT career changers
- Based on your previous professionalexperience, you see yourself as open-minded and constructive incommunicating with customers
