- Je volgt zelf trainingen in de verschillende fabrieken en traint dan onze techniekers in nieuwe technologieën (waarbij de energietransitie centraal staat);
- Je zorgt voor opvolging van de planning, de nodige werkvoorbereiding of begeleidt de techniekers actief in een workshop of in het veld;
- Je lost problemen op: je bouwt een netwerk op van technical support en engineering in de fabriek;
- Je verdiept je graag in nieuwe technologieën, programmeren van controllers, power management, etc.;
- Je rapporteert en oordeelt over kwaliteitsproblemen en garantie via het online Warranty systeem;
- Je geeft graag training aan de techniekers van onze dealer en key accounts, waarbij je commerciële instelling voor meer klantbinding zorgt.
- Ervaring als industrieel ingenieur of een gelijkwaardige functie door ervaring;
- Je hebt probleemoplossend vermogen;
- Je hebt een commerciële instelling;
- Je kan anderen goed mee op sleeptouw nemen;
- Je kan goed communiceren zowel met klanten als techniekers;
- Je bent hulpvaardig en gemakkelijk aan te spreken;
- Kennis van onze producten is een plus;
- Je bent elektrisch zeer sterk onderlegd: kennis van generatoren, batterijen, omvormers, power management, etc. is een plus.

- Vous assistez les clients et les dealers dans leurs questions techniques;
- Vous suivez vous-même les formations dans les différentes usines et formez ensuite nos techniciens aux nouvelles technologies (la transition énergétique étant au centre des préoccupations);
- Vous suivez le planning, la préparation du travail nécessaire ou vous guidez activement les techniciens dans un atelier ou sur le terrain;
- Vous résolvez les problèmes : vous construisez un réseau de soutien technique et d'ingénierie dans l'usine;
- Vous aimez apprendre les nouvelles technologies, la programmation des controllers, power management, etc;
- Vous signalez et jugez les problèmes de qualité et de garantie via le système de Warranty en ligne;
- Vous aimez former les techniciens de notre dealer et de nos key accounts et votre attitude commerciale garantit une plus grande fidélité de la clientèle.
- Expérience en tant qu'ingénieur industriel ou expérience équivalente;
- Vous avez des compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes;
- Vous avez une attitude commerciale;
- Vous savez motiver les autres;
- Vous savez communiquer avec les clients et les techniciens;
- Vous êtes serviable et facile à adresser;
- La connaissance de nos produits est un plus;
- Vous avez de solides connaissances en électricité : la connaissance des générateurs, des batteries, des onduleurs, power management, etc. est un plus.
