Job Description:
For our Commercial Team in Brussels, we are looking for a
Client Response Executive.
As a Client Response Executive (= Customer Service Executive) you and your teammates are the first point of contact for the Category Managers and Trade Marketers of leading manufacturers and retailers in FMCG for answering daily questions about the use of NielsenIQ software and market data.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You answer customer questions about the use of NielsenIQ software and data
- You coordinate work if expertise from other teams is required
- You set up and refresh customer reports on market developments
- You familiarize new customers with working with NielsenIQ information
- You contribute to projects aimed at customer satisfaction or optimization of work
- You identify sales opportunities that you coordinate with the Sales team
Qualifications:

- Has a completed MBO / HBO study, preferably in Economics and Marketing
- Has numerical insight and affinity with data analysis
Is communicating with good English
level and knows ONE of the following languages at FLUENT
level:French
OR Dutch**:
- Is solution-oriented and eager to learn
- Is customeroriented
Is interested in marketing and in products that are sold in supermarkets (fmcg sector):
- Is able to independently manage smaller projects
- Experience in a customer service role is an advantage
This is a temporary contract available from now to the end of June 2023.

Training & personal development: you follow an extensive training program that includes the NielsenIQ software (NITRO, Answers Desktop, Connect Express), Excel, industry knowledge of the channels measured by NielsenIQ (including supermarkets, drug stores and e-commerce)
