Job Summary
- Day to day project support, maintainance and enhancements activities
Key Responsibilities
- Understanding of MES Electronic Batch record implementation & Support for a pharma client
- Hands on expertise in endtoend Siemens Op center Pharma v6.0 MES EBR Solutions covering
- Design and Development, Implementation, Architecture, Support
- In depth knowledge on configuration and development on pharma GxP, Electronic Batch records
- Mfg. process knowledge of Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing for Chemical and Biologics processes
- Create installation procedures as appropriate
- Create and manage asset information in CMDB
- Create/update service desk guide
- Create/update configuration guide
- Good written and Verbal communication (English, French)
Essential Skills
- 3 to 6 years
- GXP and GAMP validation standards
- Good understanding of GxP
- Ability to manage the business users and work with offshore team
Nice to Have Skills
- Act as first line of support
- End to end incident management
- Redact Knowledgebase article for future incident resolution
- Monitoring Application health
- Sets up war room for critical and high priority incidents Initiate and does an RCA for all problem tickets
- Experience in Distributed Control Systems software. (Preferably PC7)
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering/Science, or any Engineering
