Our customer is embarking on an ambitious modernization journey through their eDossier program, aiming for completion in the second half of 2026.

Role Overview

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and executing the eDossier program.

This position is a dynamic blend of development (70-80%) and operations (20-30%), where you will collaborate with a team of experienced, competent, and motivated individuals.

Your work will directly impact our ability to provide vital services, making every day meaningful.

What You'll Do

Design, deliver, manage, and maintain application stacks within your team's scope.

Contribute to the solution design, development, and decommissioning processes.

Work closely with other engineers, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.

Guide your team in building secure, robust solutions, and in the maintenance and production deployment of applications.

Continuously develop your expertise while gathering, updating, and spreading knowledge of new tools and practices within the team.

Who You Are

Passionate about IT with a positive, can-do attitude.

A team player eager to work as a core member of a multidisciplinary, cross-functional team.

Skilled in cloud-native development, API design/development, MicroServices integration, and Java SE (including SE10+).

Experienced in software design, event-driven architecture, CI/CD pipeline optimization, and (hybrid) cloud environment management.

Adept in NoSQL databases, with a knack for alternative solutions and recommendations considering the full context.

Open to continuous learning to stay ahead of sustainable trends and innovations, with a focus on cloud-native engineering and development.

Language skills:
Proficient in at least two of the following languages: Dutch, French, English. Tri-lingual proficiency is a plus.
