    Your tasks:

    • 1st& 2nd level support for softwareapplications: You will handle support requests for our in-housesoftware, both by telephone and in writing. This includesefficiently receiving, processing and resolving requests by phoneand email, including the creation and monitoring of supporttickets.
    • Error analysis and findingsolutions: You identify and analyze errors or application problemsin our software and develop effective solutions to fix them. Yourwork contributes directly to improving the user experience of ouremployees and customers.
    • Forwarding complexrequests: For requests that go beyond your expertise, you willskillfully forward them to appropriate development teams and remainresponsible for monitoring the resolution process.
    • Documentation and training: You actively support thecreation and updating of documentation and manuals for oursoftware. You will also be involved in training users to strengthentheir skills in using our software.
    • Optimization of support processes: You identify potentialimprovements in the support process and work on theirimplementation to ensure efficient and effective support.

    Your profile:

    • Professional competence: You have an affinityfor IT. Experience in support or training, particularly in the areaof software / IT, is an advantage.
    • Softwareknow-how: You have a good knowledge and understanding of softwareapplications
    • Communication skills: You arecharacterized by good communication skills and can convey complextechnical content clearly and comprehensibly
    • Solution-oriented: You are professional in your dealings withcustomers and employees. In the event of disruptions, you activelylook for solutions and implement them efficiently.
    • Ability to work in a team and initiative: You are a teamplayer who can also work independently, quickly familiarizeyourself with new topics and are willing to constantly learn newthings.
